This set contains 3 products:

1. 5% Niacinamide Gel Cream

Caution

For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not eat. Keep out of the eyes and rinse thoroughly with water if the product gets into the eyes. If signs or irritation appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Instructions for the 3-in-1 Acne and Blemishes Set

Morning

1. Wash your face with hydrating face wash. Use your hands only and wash all over for a *full 60 seconds*
2. Use the 5% Niacinamide cream. Open the transparent top and simply press down to expel the cream from the top. No need to screw it open.
3. Use a good quality sunscreen (SPF 50) and apply properly (15 minutes before leaving home, then repeat 2-3 hourly). The goal should be 2-3 applications, 3 hours apart between morning and 4pm
4. Try to avoid the sun especially between the hours of 11am and 3pm daily.

Night

1. Wash with the Hydrating Face wash × 60 seconds. Dab dry.
2. Apply 2-3 pumps of the 8% AHA + BHA Serum. Wait for 10 minutes to absorb. Use this only 2-3 nights a week, on alternate days.
3. Apply the 5% Niacinamide face cream. 
4. It is advisable to do your routine at least 2 hours before bed so that the products are fully absorbed.
